We offer professional Kids Photography in studio, at home, and in carefully selected outdoor locations. Whether you are looking for timeless individual portraits, playful outdoor images, or authentic photographs in a familiar environment, our packages can be customized to create an experience that feels natural to your child and meaningful to your family.

Our Child Photography packages can be planned around the setting that best matches your child’s personality and your preferred photography style. Each option combines professional photography with thoughtful planning to create consistent, high-quality images.

Studio Photography provides a controlled environment with professional lighting, making it ideal for polished portraits, creative concepts, and timeless Children Photography. Studio sessions require advance booking so we can properly prepare the space, lighting, and overall setup.

In-Home Photography brings the professional photography experience into your child’s familiar surroundings. We use professional portable lighting equipment at your home to create relaxed lifestyle photographs while preserving the natural atmosphere that makes the environment meaningful to your family.

Outdoor Child Photography takes advantage of parks, gardens, nature, and carefully selected outdoor locations. We combine natural light with professional portable lighting when needed to create consistent, high-quality photographs while giving children the freedom to move, explore, and interact naturally.

Our packages provide a starting point rather than a fixed formula. Families can customize their Kids Photoshoot according to their preferred location, photography style, session requirements, and the type of memories they want to preserve.

Additional services are available for families who would like to extend their session, add more finished photographs, receive their images sooner, or create professional printed artwork from their photographs.

All listed package prices apply to photography sessions within the Ottawa area. J Light Photography Studio also provides Child Photography in Montreal and Toronto, with additional travel fees depending on the project location and specific requirements.

Professional portable lighting is available for both in-home and outdoor sessions, allowing us to maintain a consistent level of image quality across different environments. For locations outside Ottawa, travel requirements and associated fees are confirmed based on the specific session location.

We plan each session with your child’s comfort in mind. Depending on their age and personality, the experience can include breaks, play, movement, natural interaction, and gentle direction rather than requiring them to remain in a fixed pose.

Families can also request cinematic video coverage with a professional videographer. Video pricing is provided after we confirm the session location, creative requirements, and production needs.
